Pentridge, Adina Hotel ground floor and lobby package starting to take shape with materials steadily arriving onsite each week. Pleasure doing our first project with Construction Engineering, hopefully more to follow. Pool roof glazing completed (more photos at later date) all our steel mullions, glazing channel, St Lucia and now transom's also done in the lobby. Ready for glass, I will be sure to post more of this job as it will look fantastic once completed. Curved glass entry, 7.2 meter tall glass lobby area, auto entries, 150mm flushline. Has a little of everything but the boys are smashing it out, look out for further posts and pictures.

New Epping Stage 1 Residences.
Our first project with Hacer which is very exciting for me and the whole team at Windows R Us.
​Located 18km north of Melbourne's CBD on a former quarry site, New Epping Stage 1 residences involves the construction of 3 housing blocks containing 151 apartments over a ground floor carpark with office, food and drink tenants.
So far it has been a pleasure working with Hacer Group as we collaborate to get this project completed to a high standard and on schedule. The window supply is from AET Group and once again it's a great and simple system to use. MGS Architects Pty Ltd RIVERLEE
