We’ll be testing all major components of fitness:

🏃 2km Run Time Trial
Your next 4-week split:
Day 1 – Lower Body Strength + Optional Run Finisher
Day 2 – 2km Conditioning (Longer Efforts)
Day 3 – Bench Press & Upper Body
Day 4 – Acceleration, Plyometrics & Intervals
Day 5 – Deadlifts, Nordics & Upper Body
Day 6 – Team/Partner Conditioning

Plyometrics, agility and speed training drills aren’t just for elite athletes.
It’s also a great way to build new skills, improve coordination, balance and body awareness. Helping you move with confidence for every day life.
Being strong in the gym is important, but weight training will only get you so far if you can’t move well, react quickly or absorb force efficiently.
Whether it’s chasing after your kids, changing direction to avoid a fall, sprinting for a train, playing local sport or just wanting your body to feel more athletic.
That’s why we’ve started incorporating more plyometric and agility work into our training at GRIT.
