I started the year facilitating a group workshop at the stunning Prana House. What a joy!

We started with a mindful tea ceremony facilitated by Deepa Ramakrishnan, transitioned into art therapy and community connection. We were also supported by Brooke Isabella Reid who welcomed everyone and helped to hold the space.

It was particularly lovely to see participants connect and work together to create a huge collaborative artwork.

I love seeing how these workshops bring out the childlike sense of play in people, giving them a space to slow down and create without any performance pressure.

Looking forward to many more wellbeing and team building workshops with Reconnect Space this year.
