Lately, I have noticed that many women are not aware of the language they are using about themselves and things that are affecting them in their lives. 😞
I hear many of women say things such as, I am a really bad mum because I haven’t done…… , if instead you can try and bring awareness around the words you use, changing the language of what you want to say and try and find opportunity to use positive words. This can change the energy of what you are saying which in turn can help you create a happier you.🥰💫🌼
