If you do choose to call us, you’ll be speaking to someone in our Aussie-based call centre. This page is intended to be a place for our customers and fans to discuss iSelect, including our products, services whilst also providing you with a place to learn about special promotions or offers. To make sure the discussions on our page remain constructive, we have created some “House Rules”. HOUSE RULES

If you wish to be a part of the iSelect page community, you must comply with Facebook’s Terms & Conditions and these House Rules. It is important to note that postings by fans to the iSelect’s page do not reflect the opinions of iSelect. We encourage all questions and commentary, including both positive and negative feedback. We do actively moderate posts on our Facebook wall during our normal business hours and will try to respond to your posts in a timely manner. We expect that participants will post content and commentary that is both relevant and respectful to this community as a whole. And we like to see some healthy debate and discussion on our page. However, iSelect reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to these Rules and to block anyone who violates them at our discretion. For example, we will remove posts that:
• abuse, harass, threaten or attack other people; and/or
• contain content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading or could expose iSelect or you to legal risk;
- Infringes intellectual property rights; and/or
- Is defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar, depicts violent or sexual imagery, incites hatred towards particular groups or individuals or is otherwise in bad taste. We will not tolerate trolling. We may also remove unrelated commercial posts, including spam or any attempts to solicit our fans or customers. And please try to keep the language nice as this page may appeal to all ages! If you see something on our page that you think breaches these House Rules, please let us know by private message.
