How many times have you been told that your pain is in your head?

How did that make you feel?

Pain is subjective and is personal to you.
If you’re in pain then you’re in pain.

Pain usually falls into these categories-
⚡️Acute pain is pain caused by sudden onset eg trauma/impact.
💥Chronic pain is generally pain that has lasted for more than 6 months.
⚡️Referred pain is pain that is perceived to be in an area that seems to have little relation to the exisiting presentation.
💥Radiating pain is pain irritating nerve roots and extending away.
⚡️Somatic pain is pain associated with a part of the body inner sets by a spinal segment.

Our aim is to get the body moving and functioning as normal as possible in as little pain as possible.
