Spanish Sales & Course Counsellor (Part-Time)
Location: Melbourne

At Study Destination, we’ve been helping international students achieve their academic and professional dreams since 2017. With students from all over the world, we provide personalised guidance, full support during their journey, and professional orientation upon arrival.

Each year, we assist more than 500 students across Australia, Canada, Dubai, and Ireland.

🔎 Role: Student Advisor / Sales & Course Counsellor
We’re looking for a charismatic, proactive and results-driven team member to:
• Advise students on courses and institutions in Australia.
• Design study plans and assist with documentation for enrolments and visas.
• Follow up on leads, close enrolments and celebrate achievements.
• Prospect new clients through social media (Instagram, Facebook) and student events.
• Build strong relationships that encourage referrals and student loyalty.
• Manage the student lifecycle in our CRM.
• Participate in events, fairs and community activities.
• Collaborate with a supportive and multicultural team.

🧩 What we’re looking for
• Intermediate–advanced English
• Experience in sales, customer service, or education counselling (1–2 years desirable)
• Positive attitude, empathy, and results-driven mindset
• Proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability in a multicultural environment
• Strong motivation to learn, grow, and contribute
• Valid Australian visa with part-time work rights

Nice to have:
• QEAC certification
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
