After lots of steely hard work, gritty determination, passion, passion, and yes, it’s no mistake — even more passion, sleepless nights, debates over grammar, design finessing, manic (and brilliant) coding, wise counsel from our heroes behind-the-scenes (you know who you are) and the team rising to the challenge to make the impossible possible — we’re so proud to be launching equidi.

The creation of founder and CEO Natalie Flynn (long time People Executive and champion of gender equity) — equidi’s vision is to create a more inclusive and equitable future for all of us — one business at a time.

“With the world economic forum announcing that it will take more than 132 years to close the gender gap globally, a 22% pay gap here in our own country (Source: WGEA Data), and a career of lived, vivid firsthand experiences of gender inequity — I decided enough was enough. It was time for business to do better.

Often businesses want to do the right thing and the desire and appetite is there. But busy CEOs and CPOs simply just don’t have easy access to the right data, skills, know-how and know-where to get help. So, I turned to tech to create equidi — a solution that would empower and equip businesses with the data, tools, and resources to be part of creating the change we all want to see. And I’m grateful to have met a team of zany, brainy, passionate people to join me in the mission to level the balance this century. Which is why we’re here today.”
