Dinos are gone. Didn't even get to start the treatment I did last time 🙃
It's the second time I've had cyano in the tank. Not suprising after the heater failing and Nyos skimmer STILL overflowing. First came after Dino treatment a couple years ago. This time, after the heater and skimmer fail. Anecdotally, it seemed to of smothered the Dinos and now the Cyano had fully almost disappeared too.
Sort of like we pusposely induce a Diatom bloom for some Dinos, could inducing a Cyano bloom also be helpful tool to get rid of Dinos? 🤔
