What actually works to see results? 👀

The secret is… sorry, but it’s the BORING OL’ BASICS

No magic powder. No quick fix. No “secret” hack.
It’s about dialing in the things that actually move the needle:

✨ Eat enough real, nourishing food
✨ Strength train consistently
✨ Move more + get your steps in
✨ Build habits you can actually stick to

The basics might not be flashy… but they work 💪
Consistency will always beat the “perfect” plan

I can think of about 100 things that are BETTER than being ‘skinny’.

But here are my top 5:

1. Not developing osteoporosis (bone loss - which will then cause fractures / breaks etc)

2. Lifting up my kids / grandkids

3. Having bones that don’t feel like tofu or feta cheese lol

4. Being able to crush a dope hike without any joint pain

5. Pizza 🍕

More muscle = less problems.
