All deliveries are only available within Australia and will arrive in 3-7 working days (depending on covid delays). There may be times where components will need to be ordered, so delivery time will take longer. You will be notified of any delays. Care:
Please handle each beautiful piece with care. In order to keep your piece gleaming like new, it’s important to follow our basic care instructions. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, hairspray and water. When not worn, store flat and away from sunlight. Use a polishing cloth after each use to look after the finish. Returns/ Replacements:
If you change your mind, we will gladly exchange or refund your item if returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging. Free repairs will be offered for faulty items within this time period also. (Faults include loose links, faulty clasps or chain.) Estelle White reserves the right to offer repair, replacement, refund or exchange in the particular circumstances. We will not offer refund or exchange if the item has been dropped, scratched, chipped or had excessive wear. We cannot exchange or refund earrings due to hygienic reasons. Important:
Please ensure all returned products are protected by bubble wrap and secure packaging. Estelle White will not be held liable for products lost in transit, so to cover yourself, we suggest all returns are sent with a registered tracking number.
