Goodstachio Crispy Bars
Time: 15 mins + chill time
Makes: 16 pieces
Ingredients:
150g Goodstachio
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 cups brown rice puffs
100g 85% Lindt chocolate (or dark dairy-free chocolate of choice), roughly chopped
2 tbsp roughly chopped pistachios
Method:
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper and set aside.
In a small microwaveable bowl add the Goodstachio and coconut oil. Heat for 30–40 seconds until the coconut oil has melted. Mix with a spoon to
combine.
In a large mixing bowl add the brown rice puffs and tip in the Goodstachio mixture. Using a spatula, mix until everything is coated in pistachio goodness.
T
ip the mixture into the cake tin and press down with the spatula until flat and even. Place in the fridge and chill for 1 hour.
In a small microwaveable bowl add the chocolate and heat in 30 second increments until melted. Pour over the chilled crispy base and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle over the chopped pistachios.
Pop back into the fridge for another hour to completely set.
Remove from the tin, cut into 16 pieces and store in the fridge.
Note: These bars melt faster than your self-control around pistachio chocolate. Keep refrigerated 👍

10 years of Annalise 😇
This past Friday we celebrated 10 years since Annalise - aka Mancat - joined the Gevity family. A whole decade. We can hardly believe it ourselves.
She started in 2016 as a barista at Brio, our café on the Gold Coast. We promoted her to manager almost immediately because she was that good — and under her watch Brio grew into a chain of three stores.
It was at Brio that Meadow & Marrow began. Where the world’s first bone broth concentrate was born, jar by jar, on the café counter. And Annalise was right there with us — bottling, selling, believing.
She worked our first trade show 8 months pregnant. We walked away with national distribution after one show. (Yes really.)
Today she leads our supply chain and sits on our leadership team. She works like the business is hers, tackles whatever’s thrown at her, and brings the kind of attitude and grit you can’t teach. The kind of teammate every founder dreams of having.
Annalise — you are Gevity royalty. You are family. We are so proud of you, and we are so lucky to have you.
