Zeke, you are different. You really love the extreme side of life, I could sense this instantly. This extremism can be harnessed for good. And Zeke has done that. He’s turned negative behaviours and shifted that extreme to his training. Just have a look at the numbers! ^^^

Arthur’s Aesthetic Recomp!

Arthur is true BEAST. He has done what we call the reverse cut. This is the PUREST application of the .aesthetic.method

Over the past 15 months ALL I have done is added 1400 calories to this man’s diet.

And guess what? He’s dropped 19.1KG and put on a s**t tonne of muscle.

Arthur has completely changed his life, quit drinking just to ‘be one of the boys’ and gone to a heap of events sober, his career trajectory is sky rocketing and life is just overall blossoming. He’s an amazing role model to his daughter Matilda who he brings to the gym and she sees dad crush it.

🚨Before and After 3 Month Transformation for !

BEFORE (CTOHER 2022)- +90KG’s
AFTER (JAN 2023)- 81.6KG’s

Mitchy is absolutely crushing his goals at the moment. Lost a tonne of weight and in this time we have done nothing but increase calories from 2600-3100.

Yes, Mitch is losing weight while eating more. You didn’t read wrong.

Strength performances:
Deadlift Estimated 1 Rep Max - 98KG - 150KG
Squat Estimated 1 Rep Max - 52KG’s - 82KG’s

By focusing on increasing his max strength and being on top of meal prep (which saves you money each week) mitch has seen some unreal results.

This was with 1 X PT session per week, a programmed meal plan and training plan. Mitch also has a physical job, but still makes sure he gets to the gym. Even if it is at 12am because his schedule says so. He gets it done!
