Urgent breakdown!! Customer rang us last night saying their car wouldn’t start, they change the battery a couple of months ago and the green indicator is still on. Checked the alternator and it’s charging and they don’t know what the problem can be.

We then told them don’t worry we can come and diagnose the problem and see what we can do, shortly after performing all the checks as we would normally do we found that the battery terminals were corroded causing it not to have a good contact with the battery. Replaced 2 battery terminals and got them back on the road!
