.pm has been appointed as Project Manager for the remediation of Chimney 2 at the Former Hoffman Brickworks. 🧱

This heritage-listed project involves the careful repair and conservation of a significant industrial structure, delivered under a Heritage Victoria permit and in close coordination with specialist engineers, heritage consultants and the Owners Corporation.

We’re looking forward to guiding the project through pre-construction, approvals and delivery, ensuring compliance, quality and risk management at every stage.

Our Mordialloc warehouse revamp is officially a wrap, and this one was no ordinary build. What started as a tired, decades-old facility is now a modern, high-performance workspace after a full restoration packed with structural and services challenges. 💪🏗️

From a worn fabric to new-age function, VPM navigated every twist - design tweaks, complex approvals, and on-site engineering hurdles - delivering a seamless hand-over on time and on budget. 🏭
