I turned love into a plate… and it tastes like this 🧡
This one was inspired by my wife.
She’s a mum, my everyday muse, and the heart of our home. I wanted to create something special to celebrate her this Mother’s Day, so I turned that feeling into this dish.
It’s a shredded chicken patacón — crispy, juicy, comforting, and made with a lot of love.
What started as a personal tribute… I now want to share with you all.
I’ll be bringing this special creation this Sunday for Mumfest at Haig Park Village Markets from 8am–2pm 🌿

A traditional Colombian favourite: 100% homemade rice blood sausage, made from scratch with all the love (and proper flavour) 🖤✨ served with crispy golden yellow potatoes… yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
