It was such an honour to attend the AmCham Business Luncheon; Revealing Queensland's Economic Drivers of Growth last Tuesday morning.

We were able to meet some incredible business people, and hear from a panel of esteemed economic experts discussing relevant issues and opportunities Queensland economy is facing.

GeoGebra is an interactive geometry, algebra, statistics and calculus application, intended for learning and teaching mathematics and science from primary school to university level.

Open source mathematical and economical modeling receives positive applaud as students learn and reflect about the scientific ideas at their own pace and within their chosen enviroments (with/out peers)

Although research, (Drinkwater et al, 2004), has encourages peer-to-peer interactions, learning in not only an active project but also a reflective one. Students should be allowed enough time to individually investigate ideas and create their own methods to visualize and integrate them into their knowledge.
