DSEI Japan 2025 🇯🇵

Productive visit to DSEI Japan this week aswell as the Japanese Self Defence Force HQ. Meeting and networking with more of the global Defence infrastructure and ranges network has been fantastic.

Many thanks to BOUW’s support team here in Tokyo - Hiro, May, and Michael. Without their continued support I couldn’t have got BOUW to this position without them. Thankyou! 🙏🏻

PS. Thankyou to the Australia Defence stand for the best coffee in Tokyo Bay! ☕️

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

"Why Failure is Essential for Success with Ben Seesink"

I had the pleasure to be interviewed by Martin Brooker on Frontline to Boardroom podcast, titled "Why Failure is Essential for Success with Ben Seesink". It covers my journey as a young Combat Engineer Officer on deployments to my transition period to the corporate world in the construction sector.

Martin and I covered some of my failures and how they were used as key learnings to guide myself and others through career progression to greater success. These failures have helped me to grow as an entrepreneur and are used to assist my staff, clients, friends, family to learn from my experiences and used them to their advantage. I also cover some key lessons and resources I used when transitioning from Defence, and discussed the expected Defence Strategic Review.
