As we come up to the first anniversary of my mother’s death, I am moved to do something to raise awareness. Something productive to do with the love I still have for her. Please don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor if something isn’t right 💖

Where to start? We had a lovely Christmas. It seems like absolutely ages ago now. I was dreading my first Christmas without mum but I made a decision to focus on what I had and making the best memories with the girls.
