Alejandro Mican
Managing Director and Founder

Alejandro was born in Colombia and selected Australia as his home country. He has 3 kids and He enjoys the time playing soccer ⚽️ and doing cycling 🚴‍♀️ with the little ones.
He loves to read about property development and grown mindset books 📚

His father was a builder and his mum a nurse, was under his father’s guidance that Alejandro developed his passion for properties.

Alejandro founded UPPER PROPERTIES with the aim of enhancing partners and community’s prosperity

He brings along all his Business Administration, Project Management and Civil Engineering expertise from over 20 years’ experience working in large infrastructure projects. Alejandro has a justified reputation for delivering innovate, successful outcomes to the industry.

His passion for property development has serving well personally. Therefore, He is replicating the best tactics tested to expand his success to the investors, partners, and community.
