Monday madness in full swing! We put the final touches this morning on another JM23 full top to bottom new build for one of our best mates in the class! Have been trying to snake my way in to his program for quite some time, finally allowed me to build him one!

A lot of time and effort has gone into the 1% that puts our motors infront of the rest, from matching plumbing to car colours, and meticulously making sure every T was crossed.

Can’t wait to see this thing inbetween some down tubes!

Saturday morning arts and crafts at JM23

A set of cylinder heads we are getting sorted for a LS build, stainless valves, measuring all our heights to obtain our open and closed pressure we are chasing!

The characteristics of a valve spring and camshaft combo is huge for power, reliability and longevity! Do the job correctly

Finished off this week by making some radiator and heater lines for our favourite gold Gucci wearing Territorian!

Utilising double swivels on a few tricky to make off the car hoses to ensure we can send them 3700kms away and fit first time!

Spent the day modifying some New alloy wingless power steering pumps to suit -10 suction and Hoskin modified relief. This is a must have for wingless steering pumps!

Wingless weekend at JM23

We have an engine in each stage in the shop this week, all sold and en route to their new homes!

I often get people contact us asking for help, questions, queries or just needing a point in the right direction! This photo is a classic example, all 3 of these are sold to customers, all in different stages of completion! We have a fully assembled drop in engine, a long motor, and a machined core.

We are happy to help any racer at any time, we can tailor any package to suit your requirements! If you’ve got an issue, an engine question or an ill running wingless, chances are we have encountered it before!

Off season has already started!

We’ve had a couple motors dropped off this week to be freshened ahead of the season start!

Tear downs, measure, clean, inspect and assemble!

We don’t just build new , we can rebuild, repair and maintain all engines! We can also change and fix all your fuel, water and brake line plumbing with BMRS, as well as service, clean and repair your injectors!

Both LFA cars dominated the prelim coming from rows 4 and 6, both using JM23 power plants, and the dirty mock dog having a fair bit of JM23 gear under the hood!

Some black and silver HTP -16 water lines made today for a customers street car! With a very small engine bay and little room we got a super neat hose made with a great colour combo!

BMRS has such a great curve radius with no restriction, they’re the perfect hose and fitting solution to get those tights engine bays looking great, and reliable!

Just in time for Easter, we finished this engine ready for its new home!
