A small snap shot of our current build for Casa Sol Verdun here in Verdun.
A high performance B&B designed purely for somewhere to stop and unwind.
Using high performance glazing and insulation, polished concrete, bespoke plywood walls and ceilings, underfloor heating, curved features and a skylight sitting perfectly over the bathroom.
With every detail of this build being carefully thought through to create a home that feels calm, cosy and full of natural light.

What do I love most about what we do?
Genuinely a tough one… There’s a lot to be honest.
But the relationships we build continue has got to be a big one! Creating real friendships with our clients and the trades we partner with is what makes this more than just a job.
And then there’s the attention to detail... The little things we do that you might not even know are there, but you sure know the difference they make! It’s where we’ve collectively put a little extra thought and effort in that takes a project from good to great.

Thought it was about time that I reintroduce myself… I’m Shane, the face behind Maxwell Built.
After years on the tools and working across different builds, I got to a point where I wanted to do things a bit differently. Less about just getting to the end and more about how the whole job runs along the way.
That’s what Maxwell Built is built on.
Working closely with clients, keeping things straightforward and building homes that are done properly and feel right to live in.
