Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being—not merely the absence of disease or illness.
Here’s a breakdown of the key aspects:
1. Physical Health
How well your body functions.
Includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and the absence (or management) of disease or injury.
2. Mental and Emotional Health
Your ability to think clearly, manage emotions, and handle stress.
Includes conditions like anxiety, depression, and overall psychological resilience.
3. Social Health
The quality of your relationships and interactions with others.
Involves support networks, communication skills, and community connection.
4. Spiritual and Environmental Health (often included in holistic views)
Spiritual: A sense of purpose, meaning, and connection (not necessarily religious).

Most importantly health also includes balance within the body systems (e.g., nervous, digestive, immune) and alignment with lifestyle, emotions, and purpose.
