Adelaide Dinner Launch for the 2025 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb program featuring Slow Food South Australia SheChefJudyta and Vincenzo Spatola – Head Chef from Fogolar Furlan Adelaide featuring Wunderbar Lamb and Four Leaf Milling Organic Flour. $60 a head for a 3 course meal and bookings are via https://CVFOLAdel.eventbrite.com
Diner is at 6pm and you are invited to join us at 5pm for the free cooking demonstrations and wine tastings.
The cooking demonstrations are by Slow Food SA President Rosa Matto (Gnocchi) and Slow Food SA Chef Judyta Slupnicki (Dumplings)
Tastings of Clare Valley Italian Varieties of Wine are from Mintaro based Reillys Wines and Matriarch and Rouge Wines.
There will be a display from last year’s TAFE SA Wool Fashion designs and the launch of the 2025 Tafe SA – “From Farm to Fashion” Wool Designer Awards which this year have an Italian theme.
There is a special Slow Food SA members price.
