This Friday I am wrapping up for the year. What a year it’s been, so many supported pregnancies, improved energy levels, eating without bloating everyday, migraines gone and such reductions in period pain for so many of my beautiful clients.
I wanted to thank all my clients for their effort and dedication to making each little change in their lives. Simple changes that make all the difference. From not drinking coffee on a empty stomach, to prioritising rest and trying their very best to take herbal medicine and supplements in order to feel better.
