Sabik 350 Install in Middleton 🌿

Today we installed a Sabik 350 MVHR unit for a new high-performance home in Middleton built by the team at 35 Degrees South Building Company.

This system will supply continuous filtered fresh air while recovering heat energy that would normally be lost — helping the home stay comfortable, quiet and efficient all year round. Another great step towards healthier indoor air and better building performance on the Fleurieu.

MVHR First Fix in Saddleworth 🛠️

Another step forward on one of our latest projects, a new build in the Mid North! Our team has just completed the MVHR first fix, with all ducting carefully installed and routed to allow it to be fully covered with insulation batts.

By keeping the ducting within the thermal envelope, we help ensure the system runs efficiently year-round, delivering consistent fresh air and top-tier comfort for the homeowners.
