I am VERY excited to be launching my first ever glute focused online training programme for 2024!

After years of building my own glutes and working with lots of amazing clients who’s primary goal was glute development, I figured it was time to chuck all my knowledge, tips and experience into an accessible and affordable online coaching programme.

There’s SO much content out there on Tik-Tok & Insta nowadays that it can very easily become overwhelming, and knowing where to start, what to focus your time and energy on and figuring out what ACTUALLY works is impossible 🍑

The good thing is I’ve literally tried and tested it all, made mistakes, wasted time doing daft exercises, took note from the pros and spent a heck of a lot of time researching the ins and outs of glute growth.
