Yesterday, I had the rare opportunity to both celebrate the institutional partnership between Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität and JKU - Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and my father being honored by that very university for his contribution to the development of its law faculty. Thank you to Land Oberösterreich (and govenor Thomas Stelzer) and Stadt Linz (and mayor Dietmar Prammer) for their continuing support of the tertiary education sector in general.

Thank you to Rico and Paul Gulda for entrusting our Anton Bruckner University with the artistic estate of their father, Friedrich Gulda. This is an important step to highlight the international standing of our University and the research environment of Oberösterreich (Upper Austria) - I am happy that we could sign a MOU that allows us to make Gulda's materials accessible to the broader music world.

Playing the Schubert Quintet with my beloved Acies Quartett is always a highlight in the diary, especially now that our paladino music recording is out. Last Monday, we were guests at "Abendmusik in der Ursulinenkirche" in Linz.
