📣Dear group members, Hay Teach language center is organizing an online course entitled "Zabel, Queen of Armenia".
👑Zabel was born in 1215 in Sis. She is the Armenian queen of Cilicia since 1222. She is the daughter of Levon B. An heir to the throne was appointed by his father's will.
In Armenian history, we have had many queens who were princesses of famous princely families and, after marrying Armenian princes, became queens, but that a daughter inherited the throne after her father or became a dynastic queen is one of the exceptional cases in Armenian history.

Հայոց պատմության մեջ մենք շատ ենք ունեցել թագուհիներ, որոնք եղել են հայտնի իշխանական ընտանիքների իշխանադուստրեր և, ամուսնանալով հայոց արքայազների հետ, դարձել են թագուհի, բայց այն, որ հորից հետո դուստրը ժառանգեր գահը կամ մինչև հոր մահը, կտակի համաձայն՝ դառնար տոհմական թագուհի, բացառիկ դեպքերից մեկն է եղել հայոց պատմության մեջ:
