How to learn a language?

Since English is a language and we are determined to learn it, first let us understand how to learn it.

دا چې انګلیسي یوه ژبه ده او موږ او تاسو هوډ لرو چې انګلیسي زده کړو نو لومړۍ راځې په د ځانونه وپوهوو چې څنګه یی زده کړو.

👉 English language has four main skills.
1 Listening 🧏🏻‍♀️
2 speaking 🗣️
3 Reading 📜
4 writing 📝

انګلیسي ژبه څلور main skills لري.
1غوږ نیونه🧏🏻‍♀️
2 خبرې کول🗣️
3 لوستل📜
4 لیکل📝

👉 They are divided into two groups.
1 Receptive skills.
2 producing skills.

او دوی بیا په دوو برخو ویشل شوي دي.
1 تر لاسه کوونکي مهارتونه.
2 تولیدوونکي مهارتونه.

👉 Receptive skills: Are those skills where you receive and understand a language.

They are two in number.
1 listening 👂
2 Reading 📖

1 خاصلوونکي مهارتونه: دا هغه مهارتونه دي چیرته چې تاسو ژبه خاصلوئ یا هم زده کوئ.

او دوی په شمیر کې دوه دي.
1 غوږ نیونه
2 لوستنه

👉 producing skills: Are those skills where you use or produce a language.

They are also two in number.
1 speaking 🗣️
2 writing ✍️

2 تولیدوونکي مهارتونه: دا هغه مهارتونه دي چېرته چې تاسو ژبه استعمالوئ.

او دوی هم په شمیر کې دوه دي.
1 خبرې کول
2 لیکل کول

So, if you want to learn English properly, you should first work on your receptive skills, meaning you should focus on listening and reading first. You need to strengthen your reading and listening skills before working on speaking and writing.

I have noticed that many students give priority to speaking, which is not the primary principle of language learning.

Therefore dear students to learn English effectively first strengthen your receptive skills. Afterwards, your productive skills, especially speaking, will naturally improve much better.

نو کچیرې تاسو غواړی چې انګلیسي ژبه په سم ډول زده کړئ نو لومړۍ باید تاسو په Receptive skills یعنې ترلاسه کوونکو مهارتونو باندې کار وکړئ یعنې لومړۍ باید تاسو خپل Listening (غوږ نیونه) او Reading (لوستلو) باندې زیات تمرکز وکړی، لومړۍ باید تاسو  reading او listening قوي کړئ او او وروسته بیا تاسو په speaking او writing باندې کار وکړئ.
ما زیاتره زده کوونکي لیدلي دي چې دوی لومړیتوب speaking ته ورکوي کوم چې د ژبې د زده کړې لومړنی اصل نه دی.
نو درنو زده کوونکو د انګلیسي ژبې د زده کوولو لپاره لومړی تاسو خپل  receptive مهارتونه قوي کړئ او وروسته به مو producing مهارتونه او خصوصاً speaking ډیر په ښه ډول سره قوي شي

Note: Grammar can never be considered the main skill of a language; it is only a set of rules that shows us how to use our receptive and productive skills correctly.
