Never been to a concert before. As an introvert, the thought of standing in line for hours and waiting even longer for the show to begin isn’t exactly my idea of fun. 😅
But Coldplay in Abu Dhabi? That was a whole different experience. The wait, the anticipation, the incredible enthusiasm of the crowd, everything built up to something unforgettable. And having my wife by my side (plus a big thank you to my sister-in-law for joining us too!) made it even more special. The music, the lights, the pure exhilaration, it was all worth every second.

This trip holds a special place in my heart for three profound reasons.
First, it’s my first time in Taiwan, and Taipei exceeded every non-existent expectation I had. A vibrant blend of Japanese colonial charm, bustling streets, modern architecture, and a food scene that’s second to none; it left me completely captivated.
Second, it marks our first immediate family trip in over 14 years. Living in different countries has made time together rare, and as life moves on, moments like these with my parents and siblings have become priceless treasures.
Lastly, this trip celebrates my parents’ 50th golden wedding anniversary. A surprise gathering honoring their enduring love and inspiring relationship.
So before emotions overwhelm me, come along as we dive into the sights, flavors, and culture of Taipei. Let’s go for another Advntr!
