At the initiative of Kamaj, the owner, and Gassim, the project manager, all the players involved in the transformation of the Plein Ciel hotel into an MGallery boutique hotel met in Djibouti. Gerard Audrin, Project Director, had brought together Accor, the architects Richard+Schoeller and Andrews, the decorator Ana Moussinet and the engineer Phosphoris.
