Crispy chicken, creamy Caesar, soft brioche 🥪🔥
Simple, crunchy, and seriously satisfying.

🥪 Crispy Caesar Chicken Sandwich
Recipe

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dredge in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.

Fry until golden and crispy.

Toast brioche buns.

Assemble with crispy chicken, romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan, and Caesar dressing.

Close, slice, and serve hot.

🍗 Crispy Fried Chicken
🧂 Ingredients
Chicken

1 kg chicken pieces (bone-in works best)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp chili powder (optional)

Buttermilk Marinade

1½ cups buttermilk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Crispy Coating

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup cornstarch

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

For Frying

Vegetable or sunflower oil (enough for deep frying)

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.

Pour over buttermilk, mix well.

Cover and marinate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

2️⃣ Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Coat the Chicken

Remove chicken from buttermilk (do not wipe off).

Dredge each piece well in the flour mix.

Press coating firmly for extra crunch.

🔥 Extra crispy tip: Dip back into buttermilk lightly, then flour again.

4️⃣ Fry

Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F).

Fry chicken in batches for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Chicken should be deep golden and cooked through.

5️⃣ Drain & Rest

Remove and rest on a wire rack or paper towels for 5 minutes.

🥕🧀 Roasted Beetroot & Carrot Burrata Salad
🧂 Ingredients

2 medium beetroots, peeled & cut into wedges

2 large carrots, peeled & cut into batons

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

1–2 burrata balls

Mixed salad leaves (rocket / arugula / mesclun)

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Optional: toasted nuts (walnuts or pine nuts)

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Roast the Vegetables

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)

Toss beetroot and carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper

Spread on a baking tray

Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until tender and lightly caramelized

Let cool slightly

2️⃣ Assemble the Salad

Arrange mixed leaves on a serving plate

Add roasted beetroot and carrots

Tear burrata over the top

3️⃣ Finish

Drizzle with balsamic glaze

Add nuts if using

Season lightly and serve fresh

🍤🍝 Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp Alfredo Tagliatelle
🧂 Ingredients

250g tagliatelle pasta

300g shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 cup fresh cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedge (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Boil tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Sauté shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same pan, add remaining butter.

Sauté garlic until fragrant (do not brown).

Pour in cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

4️⃣ Make it Creamy

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.

Add pasta water if needed for silky texture.

Add chili flakes if using.

5️⃣ Combine

Add cooked tagliatelle and shrimp back into the sauce.

Toss well to coat evenly.

6️⃣ Serve

Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Serve hot and creamy.
