Job description for Packer & Picker position


Picker : Responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists. Ensures correct quantities, proper labeling, and maintains cleanliness in the picking
area. Works closely with the warehouse team to prepare goods for packing and dispatch.


Packer : Responsible for inspecting, packing, and labeling products according to company standards. Ensures items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport, verifies

order accuracy, and maintains a clean and organized packing area. Coordinates with the picker and logistics team for timely shipment.


2. Working hours : 11 Hours (1 Break)

3. Day off : 1 Day off

4. Transportation : Provided by Company

5. Uniform : Provided by Company

6. Work place - Indoor/ outdoor : Indoor

7. Overtime policy : As per Company Policy

8. Any nationality can apply ? : Any Nationality

10. Male / Female : Male

11. Age limitations : 20-35

12. Probation period? : 6 Months

13. Medical Insurance : Provide by company

14. Resignation : 3 Month Notice Period

15 Accommodation : Provide by company

16. Candidate Record : No Previous injury, No accident,No police case, No Medical unfit

17. Deduction : EID & ILOE Insurance will deducted from Employee
