Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, BMS, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and HSE practices.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
