How about some comfort Lebanese Kibbeh In Yogurt Sauce?
Ingredients-
Kibbeh Balls
1.5Kg Yogurt(Labban)
2 Large Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Grounded Rice(Or 2 Tbsp Cornstarch Instead Of Grounded Rice & Flour)
1 Tbsp Salt
Pine Nuts To Garnish
Instructions-
Mix yogurt,flour,salt & grounded rice while cold until well combined
Transfer mixture to pot & keep stiring until it boils on medium-heat
Once mixture boils,add kibbeh & simmer stirring occasionally until yogurt thickens
Transfer to serving plate & garnish with pine nuts
Bon Appetite!
*You can add minced garlic to yogurt mixture
*If you have grilled kibbeh ahead, simmer for 5 minutes while if you put kibbeh half cooked, simmer for around half an hour
*You know kibbeh is cooked when it floats on cooked yogurt

Farfalle in Mushroom Truffle Sauce:
Ingredients-
2 Cups Farfalle
Chopped Mushrooms Mix(I used One Mushroom Mix Pack+1 Portobello Mushroom)🍄 .1 Red Onion
2 Garlic Gloves
1.5 Tbsp Butter
1.5 Tbsp White Truffle Oil
1.5 Cups Fresh Cream
1/2 Cup Broth(I used Beef Broth)
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
Parmesan Cheese 🧀 For Garnish
Parsley For Garnish
Instructions-
Sauté onions & garlic gloves in 1 tbsp butter,salt & pepper
Add mushrooms & 1/2 tbsp butter
Cook until mushrooms wilt
Transfer into blender & blend until you obtain a creamy paste
Return to pan, add fresh cream, broth & truffle oil & cook until sauce thickens
Cook farfalle according to box instructions
Rinse in water & drain to prevent stickiness
Transfer to serving plate, top with mushroom sauce, Parmesan cheese & parsley
