An opportunity for an Events Project Manager for a one-month contract.

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project logistics and event operations to ensure smooth ex*****on of events and activations.
- Managing overall event operations, coordination, and on-site ex*****on.
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, venues, and internal teams regarding project timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
- Managing transportation, shipping schedules, installation, and dismantling of event equipment and activations.
- Supervising on-site event setup, technical requirements, and operational workflow.
- Preparing quotations, technical diagrams, project presentations, and event documentation for client approval.
- Coordinating branding, artwork production, and activation requirements with design and production teams.
- Ensuring all project milestones, deadlines, and operational standards are achieved efficiently.
- Maintaining communication with clients regarding updates, approvals, logistics, and event ex*****on.
- Traveling across GCC countries for project management and event operations.

Candidates must hold their own visa and be available for business travel as required.
