Or by post to DVLA Swansea SA99 1BA.

Note: If you do not receive your new V5C, you can fill out an application for a Vehicle Registration Certificate (V62) Then send it to DVLA Swansea SA99 1DD with section 10 (V5C/2). @ United Kingdom
