How Youโll Make an Impact
You would be joining a dynamic technology startup, passionate about revolutionizing the staffing industry. We are seeking individuals who are adept at analytical thinking, growth opportunities, and who possess a strong sense of ownership in the way we develop our brand. It is also important to be able to bring fresh perspectives, share in our enthusiasm for the latest technology trends, and work collaboratively to drive forward our vision. Your primary responsibilities would include:
Learning about our product inside and out, how it works and be able to meaningfully describe benefits to potential prospects.
Calling, conducting demos, and closing deals with SMB and Enterprises.
Demonstrating the value add for SMB businesses by explaining how BusyBee can help prospects succeed.
Participating in continuous sales training with leadership team and peers.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales in a high volume outreach sales position at a technology company.
English Fluency.
Able to work US hours / Pakistan night shift.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

What you will be doing:
Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities in the US market.
Master the ability to evangelize the BusyBee story
Align BusyBee solutions with prospect's business objectives & needs.
Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos.
Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily.
Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed.
What you should have:
Geographically located in PAKISTAN.
Speak English fluently.
Able to work US hours / Pakistan night shift.
4-year degree preferred in Business or related field.
Two years B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience).
Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
