Pakistan’s digital access cannot depend on English first assistive tools and inconsistent Urdu support. When screen readers struggle with local language, blind and visually impaired users face friction at every step, from reading everyday content to navigating apps, documents, and services independently.

Rehnuma Awaz, developed by Centangle.AI, is Pakistan’s first bilingual AI screen reader designed for Urdu and English, built to reduce digital exclusion through language aware accessibility.

The solution pulls on device content and interfaces and delivers voice output that supports how users actually read and navigate in Pakistan. By prioritizing Urdu alongside English, it closes a major accessibility gap where most assistive technology remains English centric.

To improve reliability and independence, Rehnuma Awaz is designed with an offline first approach, natural voice output, and integration that supports smoother navigation across common digital touchpoints. The goal is simple: make information easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to act on, without forcing users to adapt to tools that were not built for them.

Developed in collaboration with partners including Tech Destination Pakistan and Ignite - National Technology Fund, this initiative shows what becomes possible when AI is applied to accessibility with local language realities and real user needs at the center.

Opportunities for youth should not feel scattered or hard to access.

Digital Youth Hub, part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, brings the right pathways into one place across Education, Employment, Engagement, and Environment, so young Pakistanis can discover what matters and take action with confidence.

One of the most impactful AI initiatives inside the platform is the AI Career Counselor. It uses information from a user profile to understand skills and interests, then recommends more relevant jobs, internships, and scholarships, with guidance that feels personalized instead of generic.

The platform also supports AI training and certifications through tech partners, and includes learning pathways across in demand skills like cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development.

Built in collaboration with partners such as UNICEF and Generation Unlimited, and designed around real youth needs, this is what meaningful digital access looks like.

Pakistan doesn’t lack AI capability. It lacks structured and scaled real-life implementation.

The future of AI in Pakistan will be defined by how effectively we integrate intelligence into public systems, enterprises, and national infrastructure.

As conversations grow around initiatives like Indus AI Week, the real opportunity lies in operational adoption across institutions.

Centangle.AI is focused on applied AI, practical, scalable systems that strengthen institutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

AI is no longer just a conference topic or a trending hashtag.
It is the foundational capability for smarter public services.
