Recently, we have received feedback from community users that there are criminals in China pretending to be the LightCycle team and using official LightCycle materials such as decks and promotional videos to conduct fundraising activities. We hereby solemnly declare that LightCycle has not issued any tokens. These fraudulent fundraising activities have nothing to do with LightCycle and completely violate our purpose and operating principles.

We remind everyone to conduct a full investigation and verification before participating in any investment or financial transactions to avoid the loss of assets. LightCycle has never authorized any individual or organization to conduct fundraising or similar activities in our name. Any investment opportunities claiming to be related to LightCycle should be verified through official channels.

LightCycle is not responsible for any losses caused by believing in or participating in these fraudulent activities.
