After watching Por Thozhil, I had high expectations, our Kara movie didn’t just meet them, it stayed with me in a completely different way.

There’s something deeply emotional about the way the story told by director .It’s not loud or overly dramatic, but it quietly gets under your skin. The characters feel real, their pain feels real, and by the end, you’re not just watching anymore because you’re feeling everything with them.

The director deserves genuine appreciation in this movie. After delivering a gripping experience like Por Thozhil, coming back with something so emotionally layered shows incredible range and confidence in storytelling. It’s not easy to hold the audience, but this was done with such sincerity , love and control.

Kara isn’t just a film you watch and forget. It lingers. It makes you reflect. And in some way, it leaves a small weight in your heart—that’s the kind of cinema that truly matters.
